Forward to the Past

An 1897 home now has the functionality of today, while honoring the past, with custom moldings and cabinetry and historically-accurate materials. The original home had a very narrow, dysfunctional kitchen. We created more room by removing the back staircase. The old kitchen became home to a built-in drybar, cabinets, and a window seat.
