Farmhouse Update

This home was built in the late 1990’s, designed in the Modern Farmhouse style with a wrap-around porch. The first floor has high ceilings, but all the original millwork was undersized for the spaces. We updated all the interior trim to proper scale, updated the kitchen, added a coffee-bar and walk-in pantry, reworked the master suite, finished the basement – complete with a home gym, and much more!
