Brookside House

Our clients had 2 main projects for us: 1. Repair and restore the front porch that had dangerous cracks in the stairs and concrete, and 2. Remodel the kitchen, opening it up to the dining room and other family spaces. Their Family Room had become the Lego and Craft Room, but with the kids getting older, they wanted to move those activities to the 3rd floor bedrooms and reclaim the space for family relaxation. Opening up the wall between the Dining Room and Kitchen allows for easy transition to all 3 spaces. We kept the original porch railing, but had to replace the columns, along with the concrete stairs and floor. Looking and functioning as new, visitors can safely approach the house safely.
